Returns & Refunds Policy – Retail Closure
Following the closure of our retail operations, we are no longer able to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any retail items.
All retail purchases are final sale. This applies to all items purchased in-store or online from 04.02.26 onward.
We do not offer:

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, refunds or remedies may be provided only where goods are proven to be faulty or not as described.
Sale items, discounted items, and clearance stock are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
